By using the site you accept these terms. They cover the website itself. They are not the terms of any engagement — that is a separate written agreement, described below.

What the content is, and is not

Articles, guides and figures published here are general information drawn from work on other sites. They are not advice about yours. A technique that fixed one site can be the wrong move on another, and nothing here has been written with your situation in mind.

Where a number is published, its source is named. Numbers from client work are reported as measured, including the periods that went down. Search behaviour changes, so a figure is accurate for its stated window and is not a forecast of what your site would do.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting the contact form, or requesting the free audit, does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.

The free audit is exactly that: a review with no invoice attached and no commitment to buy anything. If the reading shows there is no work worth doing, that is what you will be told.

Any actual engagement begins only when a written proposal is agreed by both of us. That proposal governs scope, price, timing and ownership, and it prevails over anything on this page.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to Bogoljub Zec PR Veb portali BZ Development Temerin, except where stated otherwise. Photographs illustrating blog posts are licensed from Pexels and belong to the photographers credited beneath each post.

Link to anything here freely, and quote a paragraph with attribution. Republishing a whole article, or reusing the design or code, needs written permission first.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. It is a small studio site, not infrastructure: it may be offline for maintenance, and pages may be changed or removed without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Links to other sites are there because they were useful. I do not control them and am not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

These terms may be updated. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
