Your Lighthouse score is red, or Search Console says your URLs fail Core Web Vitals. The usual advice, compress images, enable caching, has already been tried. The actual cost is usually a few specific scripts and one render-blocking resource, and finding which needs profiling rather than guessing.
Slow sites lose rankings and conversions at the same time. We profile the real bottleneck rather than guessing, usually third-party scripts, unoptimised images, or a font loading strategy that blocks the first paint. Each change is measured before and after, on field data, not just in the lab.
How the work runs.
Measure
We capture both lab data (Lighthouse, controlled conditions) and field data (CrUX, real visitors). They often disagree, and the field data is the one Google ranks on.
Profile
We trace where the time actually goes: main-thread work, render-blocking resources, layout shifts, the cost of each third-party tag.
Fix
Changes are made one at a time, in order of impact per hour of work, so we can attribute the improvement to a specific change rather than a batch.
Confirm
Field data takes about 28 days to fully reflect a change. We check back and report what actually moved, including anything that did not.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Some sites have constraints, required third-party scripts, a platform we cannot change, that cap what is achievable. We tell you the realistic ceiling before you commit.
Lighthouse is a lab test on simulated hardware. Search Console reports field data from real visitors on real devices. Google ranks on the field data, so that is what we optimise for.
Usually not. Most sites have a handful of specific problems rather than a fundamentally broken foundation. If a rebuild genuinely is the cheaper path, we will say so rather than billing you for tuning that cannot get there.
