This policy describes what personal data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Bogoljub Zec PR Veb portali BZ Development Temerin is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. The business is registered in Temerin, Vojvodina, Serbia, under company registration number 68663091 and tax identification number 115820590. The full registered address appears on every invoice and is available on request.

What this site collects
Contact and audit forms. When you submit either form, I receive the name and email address you enter, your message, and — on the audit form — the website address you want reviewed. This is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is never sold, and it is not added to any mailing list.
Page analytics. The site records which pages are viewed, the referring source, the country your request arrives from, and a coarse device type. It does not use advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
Your IP address is never stored. It is combined with your browser identifier and a secret value that changes every day, then hashed. The result distinguishes one visit from another for a single day and then becomes meaningless, because the next day’s value produces a different hash. The original address cannot be recovered from it, by me or by anyone reading the database.
Legal basis
Form submissions are processed on the basis of your request to be contacted (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and the equivalent provision of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act). Analytics are processed on the basis of consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept while the inquiry is open and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that a returning client’s history is intact. After that they are deleted. Analytics records are kept for twenty-six months. You can ask for your form submission to be deleted sooner, and it will be.
Who else sees it
Personal data is never sold or shared for advertising. It reaches only the providers needed to run this site, each processing it solely on instruction:
- Vercel — hosting. Handles every request to the site.
- Supabase — the database where form submissions and analytics records are stored. Hosted in the European Union.
- Resend — delivers the notification email when you submit a form.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies until you choose. Declining leaves the site fully functional: nothing about the content or the forms depends on analytics. Your choice itself is remembered in your own browser so the banner does not ask again.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable export. You can object to processing, and you can complain to a supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, your national authority. To exercise any of these, email the address above. I will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, this page is updated and the date below changes with it.
